Non-members may visit the Library but must register at the loan counter to obtain a visitor pass which is valid for one week at any one time.
Due to the limit to the number of daily passes issued, you are encouraged to submit your request by completing the online form. Approval of passes is on a case-by-case basis. Note that the number of visitors allowed into the Library will be restricted during peak periods.
Walk-in visitors who need to view our collection urgently can inquire at the loan counter.

If you are sending the request by mail, please send the form to the mailing address below. Please send us your mail requests at least 2 weeks before the date of your visit.
