Loss of card
If you lose your library membership card, please call or log a report immediately with the loan counter staff at any subject library. This is to prevent unauthorised use of the card. You are liable for all loans made out under your name until a report is made.
Please provide the following details:
- full name
- matriculation card, staff card or library card number
For staff and students who have received a new matriculation or staff card, please bring along the new card and one NRIC-sized photo to the Lee Wee Nam Library Loan Counter (during weekday office hours).
Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 5:00pm
The Library will issue you with a new membership card within two working days.
Damaged library cards
For damaged or faulty cards, you would have to approach the relevant offices for replacement cards.
Students may apply for replacement matriculation cards via StudentLink.
Staff may report personally at the Office of Human Resources for a replacement staff card.
