Loss of card

If you lose your library membership card, please log a report immediately with the loan counter staff at any NTU library. This is to prevent unauthorised use of the card. You are liable for all loans made out under your name until a report is made.

In your report, include:

  1. full name
  2. matriculation card, staff card or library card number

Upon receiving a new matriculation or staff card, please bring along the new card and one NRIC-sized photo to the Library 2 Loan Counter (during office hours).

The Library will issue you with a new membership card.

Damaged library cards

If the cards are damaged or faulty, for example, a faulty magnetic stripe, please report this to the Circulation Services Division at Library 2.

An authorisation slip will be issued to you so that action may be taken by the relevant departments to correct the fault.
