Subject librarian responsibilities :

  1. Develop library collection so that users have a wide range of relevant resources for their research and study.
      
  2. Select library materials for procurement or subscription to ensure that the most up-to-date resources are available for users.
     
  3. Liaison for Engineering Mechanics and Thermal & Fluids Engineering Divisions in the School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering to foster greater collaboration between faculty, researchers and the Library.
     

Operational Responsibilities :

  1. Manage serials operations to ensure that users have a wide range of resources at all times.
     
  2. Coordinate the collection development of serials and e-resources to ensure availability of relevant materials for research and teaching.
     

Work Experience :

Juey Ming was with National Library Bukit Merah Branch before joining NTU in 1990. She was at various times acquisitions, cataloguing and serials librarian prior to heading the serials division.
