I was a physics teacher in a junior college for about four years, where I developed my skills in instructional methodology, and in e-learning.
Before my full-time MSc (IS) course in NTU, I was engaged in several multimedia courseware development projects, in roles ranging from storyboarding to instructional materials creation and hands-on content authoring. Noteworthy projects included a set of interactive modules on Physics for secondary schools, and a set of Flash animations to help students learn Chinese idioms in a fun and engaging way.
I took a year to complete my MSc (IS) course and was given an opportunity to work in a school library for a short period of time before joining NTU as a librarian.
