Operational Responsibilities in Bibliographic Services Division:
- Plan, manage and monitor the cataloguing of NTU Library materials in various formats
- Monitor changes in international cataloguing related standards, guidelines & issues
- Ensure BSD staff are well-equipped with the relevant knowledge and skills to perform their jobs well in BSD
- Co-ordinate the creation and maintenance of BSD work procedures and cataloguing guidelines
- Develop and ensure operational efficiency of BSD
- Manage and monitor bibliographic utilities
- Represent NTU Library in SILAS (Singapore Integrated Library Automation Services)
Library Facilities Planning Division Responsibilities:
- Collate and coordinate information and data on library building development
- Plan and administer schedule on library building development
- Coordinate staff meeting, feedback and suggestions on library building development
- Liaise with relevant internal and external parties on library building development
- Assist University Librarian on library planning and development

About Myself :
- I was a lecturer with the Division of Information Management in Temasek Polytechnic for three years prior to rejoining the NTU Library. I was working in the Cataloguing Department of the NTU Library for about three years before joining Temasek Polytechnic.

- Information & Knowledge Management Society (iKMS), Vice-President (2005-2006)
- Library Association of Singapore (LAS), member since 1998.
