1) Library Student Assistant (Graphic Designer) - 2 positions
Responsibilities
- To assist in designing visual displays for the library
- To assist in designing flyers and brochures etc.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign. Knowledge in Dreamweaver would be advantageous.
- Flair for design and a creative mind.

2) Library Student Assistant (Operational duties) - 5 positions
Responsibilities
- Shelving of books, DVDs. Perform shelf-reading and tidying of library’s collection
- Laminating, repairing of books
- Manning of Service Desk
- Assisting staff in closing of the library during shifts
- Any other miscellaneous jobs assigned at certain times
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft software
- Service oriented
- Good communication skills
- Team player
