• Euro area statistics download - provided by European Central Bank
  This is a source of information on the European Union and associated countries. Economic data (GDP, labor, trade) for European Union countries is available from the European Central Bank link. This includes the Annual Report and monthly statistical bulletins.

• Eurostat
  "Facts through Figures" downloadable in PDF format. The Statistical Office of the European Communities site includes all the latest statistical news releases of the European Union, both in HTML and Adobe Acrobat format.

• Sectoral and Trade Barriers (European Union)
  Trade statistics between the EU and those individual nations

• FINFO
  "Indicators of the Finnish Society" 1999 is published by the Centre for Finnish Business and Policy Studies.

• Statistics Finland Has very selective articles which contains statistical data, e.g. R&D expenditure of enterprises, export prices of paper and paperboard.

• Irish Central Statistics Office: CSO
  The Central Statistics Office (CSO) collects, compiles, analyses and disseminates statistical information relating to the economic and social life of Ireland

• Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency The Agency provides statistics, social research and registration services, and is responsible for the census of population.

• Statistics Netherlands Has data on environment, traffic, transport and communications, welfare, justice and public safety etc. Also provides links to other countries.
• Statistics Norway Has Economic indicators and detailed statistics by subject. You may also access the online Statistical Yearbook of Norway from there.
• Statistics Sweden Has data in graphs and tables. Data includes economic indicators such as inflation rate, and retail trade.

  • Iron and Steel Statistics Bureau UK. Provides UK and International Steel Data

• Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia Has short term economic indicators which includes data on earnings, retail sales, foreign trade, etc. Data from 1992 onwards. Has a group of data that they call :Urgent data; includes Exports and Imports, persons in paid employment. Has statistical data of each community. However, Urgent Data and Community Data are available only in Slovene.

Africa

• Statistical country profile data on countries in the African continent provided by UN Economic Commission for Africa. Figures are available in Excel format.

• South African Reserve Bank Has monthly release of selected data. Data only money and banking.
