The US$1.3 billion Technopreneurship Investment Fund (TIF) was designed to catalyze the development of a vibrant venture capital (VC) industry in Singapore.

TIFV actively seeks out reputable venture capital fund managers around the world with the experience and know-how of building fledgling startups into successful enterprises.

TIFV’s global venture capital network has helped to bring the VCs’ investee companies into Singapore and also to introduce Singapore startups into the respective markets they operate in.

TIFV invests primarily in venture capital funds across geographic regions, high-tech/ high-growth industries and stages of development.

TIFV places emphasis on maintaining a prudent investment process. The process involves thorough due diligence on the prospective investment by its investment managers, much deliberations within the Company and final approval by an Investment Approval Committee.

TIFV facilitates linkages between investors and the VC funds and helps the VC funds and their portfolio companies expand into Singapore and Asia Pacific, and refers quality deal flows to the funds.
