All tenants are provided with a single bed, wardrobe, study desk, fan and internet connection. Rents include the use of furnishings, and utilities such as electricity, water and internet usage. An additional charge of $15 per month – payable at $45 per quarter – is levied for the consumption of electricity from the use of additional electrical items, for e.g., a mini refrigerator.
