Applying for an Entry Visa

If your spouse and children require an Entry Visa to visit Singapore, they may apply for one at a Singapore mission in your home country.


Extending the Social Visit Pass

You may approach ISC for a letter of support to extend the Social Visit Pass of your spouse and children. Please submit the following documents at ISC:

  • Form 14
  • Form V391
  • a valid passport
  • two recent passport-sized colour photographs* of your spouse and children
  • your children’s birth certificate (original copy)
  • your marriage certificate (original copy)
  • Student's Pass
  • official translations of above documents if they are not in the English language

*The photographs must:

  • be taken within the last three months
  • be taken against a white background with a matt or semi-matt finish
  • show the full face and be taken without headgear (headgear worn in accordance with religious or racial customs is acceptable but must not hide facial features)

Graduate students on NTU research scholarships who wish to bring their children to Singapore must furnish ISC with an endorsement from their supervisor/ school that the arrival and presence of their children will not affect their research activities.

Nationals of the People’s Republic of China who wish to visit Singapore as independent tourists should approach selected tour agencies in China that are authorised by the Singapore Government to arrange for visas. Please contact the Singapore Tourism Board in China with your enquiries.
