Presentation of a poster provides an opportunity for effective exchange and communication of scientific ideas and methodologies.
The dateline for the Poster’s Abstract Submission has passed and is now closed. We look forward to seeing you at the conference.
Poster Awards will be given for top 3 outstanding poster presentations.
Guidelines for a successful poster presentation:
Your poster must correspond to the title and content of your abstract submission.
The presentation should be jargon free and understandable by the general audience as well as the experts.
Plan your poster to be in logical sequence, i.e. introduction, study design and methods, data collected, conclusion.
Put up your poster by Monday (23 January 2017). Kindly note that you should print and bring your own poster.
The poster should preferably be of A1 size, with materials that can be mounted easily with Velcro tape.
Posters should be designed for easy reading from a 3' to 4' distance.
To ensure visual effectiveness of your poster, use large lettering and a minimum of text.
Use of colours can visually enhance your poster.
Remove your poster immediately at the close of the poster sessions.
A-V is not allowed in poster sessions - posters should be displayed using effective printed visuals.
