      The sonar dataset is from UCI Repository. There are 208 instances with 60 features in the dataset.

      For SVM, RBF kernel, k(x1,x2)=exp(-g ||x1-x2||2),  is employed. In the experiment, g=0.02, and C=20. For kNN, the parameter K is set to 3.
