Short Bio:
Ling Chen is now a Ph.D candidate in the School of Computer Engineering, Nanyang Technological University. She obtained her BEng. degree from Shanghai Tongji University at Jul, 1998. She now works in Center for Multimedia and Network(CeMNeT) under Dr. Sourav S Bhowmick and Dr. Liang-Tien Chia's supervision.
