I'm currenlty pursuing my  PhD at Intelligent Robotics laboratory in the School of Electrical and Electonic Engineering of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore supervised by Dr. Arjuna Prabhath Balasuriya.

Reseach Projects

I'm  currently working on a project on developing navigational algorithms for subsea platforms. During the first phase of this project an autonomous underwater vehicle was developed "NTU-UAV" for perfomance testing of the algorithms. CCD Cameras, Acoustic Profilers, Doppler Velocity Log and INS units are currently being used as primary sensors. The final aim of this project is to provide autonomy to the underwater vehicles which the referred to as "Holy Grail" of the mobile robotics community. My research interests include Mobile Robot navigation, Image Processing, Sensor fusion, Underwater positioning systems.

Biographical Information

Schooling from St.Josephs  and undergraduation from  Rashtriya Vidhyalaya College of Engg, Bangalore, India. Currently in Singapore. My interests include Traveling, Photography, Surfing, Cooking (trying out something different), Music (Anything from Indian Classical, Ghazals  to Hard Rock)
