Welcome to the Low Power VLSI Design Group
The Low Power VLSI Design Group at NTU is executing research on innovative solutions for VLSI systems which suffer from various challenging problems caused by CMOS scaling in the nano regime. Currently we are researching (i) ultra-low voltage circuit (digital, mixed-mode, SRAM, eDRAM, and etc) design for energy-efficient systems, (ii) analysis and design of memory systems with variation tolerance and high yield, (iii) development of circuit techniques and optimization methodologies for 3D ICs. Research interests also include low power and low voltage mixed mode circuits, circuit solutions in nano-scale technologies, and interface circuits for biomedical applications. ☺GROUP NEWS☺
