PUBLIC SERVICE
I have been very
active in the Singapore Armed Forces as a reservist commander since 1986. I had
attended several military courses that prepared me for higher military command
appointments in SAF. Notably, I attended the Command & Staff Course in 1996
which was followed by the appointment of Battalion Commander of an Infantry
Regiment from 1997 to 2004. I have near to 600 reservists in my battalion under
my charge.
