We are looking for a molecular cell biologist or biochemist to work on a novel small molecule inhibitor for anti-cancer therapeutic development and study its mechanisms of action. Candidate with MS with a prior experience in molecular or cell biology or biochemistry is preferred. Yoon's research interest focuses on the molecular mechanism of  signaling molecules in apoptosis through structural, biophysical, and biochemical studies. His research areas include the alternative regulation of the anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 in cancer cells, the biological roles of Peptidylproryl cis-trans isomerases (PPIase), in particular immunosuppressant FK506 binding protein family in cancer, neuronal cells, and Plasmodium parasites, phospholipid-membrane protein interaction, and phosphorylation-mediated histone modification by VRK-1, a mitotic histone kinase
