Research in the area of advanced bionano science and technology is rapidly expanding with potential applications to diverse areas of biomedical engineering spanning from biomaterials to molecular imaging to targeted therapeutics.  The primary goal of the Center for Advanced Bionanosystems is to foster and promote collaborative research and development projects at the interface between the biomedical sciences and nanoscience.
