The first day of check-in for
  • NTU New Students is 31 Jul 18 (Tue)
  • NTU New International Students is 23 Jul 18 (Mon)
  • Exchange Students is 07 Aug 18 (Tue)
  • NTU Senior Students is 11 Aug 18 (Sat), between 1400hrs to 1745hrs

Check-in is only available during Admin Office hours. 09 Aug 18 (Thu) is a Public Holiday and the Admin Offices are closed. International and Exchange students arriving outside of office hours are advised to secure alternative accommodation in advance as required.

New students will be assigned a room when they check-in. To check in at your hall, please have either your matriculation card, passport or identity card. You are required to check-in in person. If you have been issued a receipt for payment of the acceptance fee, have this with you as well.

Exchange students will be assigned a room when they check-in. To check in at your hall, please have your passport with you. You are required to check-in in person.

Senior students may check-in from 11 Aug 18, between 1400hrs to 1745hrs. You are required to check-in in person and have your matriculation card with you. If you have been issued a receipt for payment of the acceptance fee, have this with you as well.

If you have been assigned an air-conditioned room, you will require an air-con Pre-Paid Card (PPC) with stored value to operate the air-con. Zero-value PPCs are available for purchase from your admin office. read more

Having collected your keys and located your room, take inventory of the furniture & fittings in your room and submit an Online Room Checklist. Your roommate is required to submit a checklist as well.

One Stop @ SAC and NIE Student Services Centre are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
