Students may pursue the financial opportunities that the university has put together to help meet expenses overseas. They include:
1. Scholarships
The following scholarships are available:
Ng Bok Eng Scholarship
The Ng Bok Eng Scholarship is tenable for all GIP programmes and destinations. Its award ranges in value from $1,100 to $3,000. The scholarship is applicable to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only.

French Embassy Scholarship
The French Embassy Scholarship is tenable for those pursuing GIP programmes in France only. Its award ranges in value from $1,000 to $2,200.
International Business Fellowship Scheme
International Enterprise Singapore aims, through the IBF Fellowship Programme, to develop a pool of talent with in-depth knowledge of the business environment in emerging Asian markets, and support the training of Singaporeans to acquire business knowledge and build networks in China, India, the Middle East and Vietnam.
The IBF programme works on a co-funding arrangement, offering a partial subsidy of up to $100 per week for selected students participating in GIP in approved cities in China, India and Vietnam. A corresponding portion of the subsidy will come from other scholarships for the GIP, for e.g., the Ng Bok Eng Scholarship. Students may receive up to $5,000 in total under the IBF programme and co-funding from a relevant scholarship. The programme is tenable for the GIP Work and Study programme and applicable to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only.

Singapore Indian Education Trust (SIET) GIP Scholarship
The Singapore Indian Education Trust (SIET) is an organisation dedicated to helping needy and deserving Singapore Indians advance in their education by giving them financial assistance. Established in 1967, the Trust has grown from strength to strength helping thousands of children and young adults meet their aspirations through the gift of education.
The SIET GIP Scholarship is tenable for all GIP programmes and destinations. The value of its award is $5,000. The scholarship is applicable to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs of Indian descent.

Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA)- Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) GIP Scholarship
The SINDA - SICCI GIP Scholarship is tenable for the GIP Work and Study India programme. The value of its award
is $3,500. The scholarship is applicable to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs of Indian descent.
Temasek Foundation - NTU LEaRN Programme
The TF LEaRN Award is tenable for the GIP Work and Study programme only. Up to $4,250 will be disbursed under this award. The award is applicable to outstanding Singaporeans only. Application is by invitation.

2. Loans
NTU Overseas Student Programme (OSP) Loan
Students should apply for a loan only if they require financial assistance in meeting living and travelling expenses while pursuing GIP. If successful, the loan quantum awarded will depend on the applicant’s financial circumstances.
