Enforcement of car park rules on campus

For the safety of our community and to project a well-regulated image for our University, campus wardens will take enforcement action against illegal parking on campus. Vehicle owners are requested to park in designated lots in order not to cause obstruction or inconvenience to other road users. Offenders caught will be warned, wheel-clamped or fined. Vehicle owners may wish to park in the fringe car parks and take the free shuttle bus service to the academic complexes. Alternatively, they may wish to park in the chargeable Car Parks A, B, Research Techno Plaza and School of Biological Sciences where lots are available. # Offenders who default on fine payment will be blacklisted and wheel-clamped the next time. $50 will be charged before the release of the clamp.
Parking at reserved car park lots Motorists are to park in a parking lot and follow the car park signages. This is to prevent obstruction or inconvenience to other road users. Reserved lots are painted in yellow. Only authorized vehicles are allowed to park in these lots. Unauthorized vehicles that park in these reserved lots will be wheel-clamped and a release fee of $50 will be imposed. Parking at wheel clamp zones Vehicles found parked at these wheels clamp zones will be wheel-clamped and a release fee of $50 will be imposed.
