Manages the planning and development of campus facilities to meet the University's needs for teaching, research, accommodation and, sports and recreation.
Its main functions include:-
- Conducting feasibility studies on development projects
- Project management of new development projects, addition and alteration works and development of physical infrastructure
- Ensuring optimisation of land and space usage
- Procurement of services from consultants and contractors for development projects
