The Office of Facilities Planning & Management (FPM) comprises the following functional divisions :
Planning & Development Division
Plans and develops campus facilities to meet the University's needs for teaching, research, accommodation and sports & recreation
Leasing, Logistics & Administration Division
Manages leases of F&B and commercial outlets to provide amenities for the convenience of the University's community, providing logistics and general administration services to support operational needs of FPM and the University
Building Management Division
Manages the campus grounds and buildings to enhance the environment and to ensure their operational readiness
Engineering Services Division
Manages, operates and maintains the campus' mechanical & electrical equipment and systems to provide a comfortable and conducive environment for staff and students
Campus Security, Quality & Safety Division
Manages the security and safety of the campus, renders security services for University events and functions, and enforcing University rules and regulations
Staff & Graduate Accommodation
Manages and provides accommodation service for NTU postgraduate students and faculty members and their families
Nanyang Executive Centre
Provides one-stop hub with accommodation services and conference facilities for in-residence programmes for local and oversea participants
