The Office of Facilities Planning & Management oversees physical development, operation and maintenance of all University facilities and grounds in support of the academic, research and administrative functions of the University.

There are 7 Divisions in this Office: Planning & Development; Building Management; Engineering Services; Leasing, Logistics & Administration; Campus Security, Quality & Safety; Staff & Graduate Accommodation and Nanyang Executive Centre.
