Division of Microelectronics

The Division of Microelectronics is one of the largest Divisions among the seven Divisions within the School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University. The Division is responsible for teaching and research in the fields of Microelectronics and Photonics.

Besides supporting the teaching of two final year options specilizing in Microelectronics and Photonics at the undergraduate level, the Division also runs one MSc Programme, namely NTU-TUM MSc in Microelectronics.

The staff in the Division are also actively involved in research work organized within the two research centres, namely Microelectronics Research Centre and Photonics Research Centre.
