Discover Engineering @ NTU!

The College of Engineering (CoE) will be hold its sixth annual Discover Engineering event, 8 March 2008 from 9:30am to 7pm, to promote research vibrancy in various engineering fields. The event is specially organised to foster research collaborations between our Engineering Schools and industry as well as research institutions and to arouse students’ interests in engineering and technology research.

The Exhibition organised every year in the Nanyang Auditorium always attracts an overwhelming response of thousands of visitors and is this year again part of L.I.F.E.@NTU, the annual NTU open house.

In this year event, research and final year projects contributed by our students and faculty members will be showcased. From innovative yet practical ideas, to highly sophisticated features, we hope to share insights on the tremendous value of engineering applications to our daily life. We also hope to use the chance to spotlight the creative potential of young minds and the talent of faculty members.

Through the event, we hope to excite and inspire everyone on how engineering creativity and innovation have continually evolved to advance the modern world. We also hope to draw like-minded people to connect with our faculty members and spark off new ideas for innovations, integrations and collaborations.
