Warmest congratulations to the Class of 2007!

Convocation marks a milestone in your life, as you complete your journey here at NTU and go on to make your mark in the world.  It is a joyous and meaningful occasion for you, your family and friends.  Convocation also marks your transition from an NTU student to a proud alumnus of the university.  Take this opportunity to celebrate your achievements in NTU and look back on the friendships and bonds you have forged.

This website is dedicated to helping you and your guests prepare for your graduation and to help make this a happy memory for years to come.  We recommend that you check this page every few weeks, and immediately prior to leaving for any convocation activities, to ensure that you have the most updated information.

Convocation 2008

Information on Convocation 2008 and the schedule of ceremonies will be posted on this website tentatively in late April or early May 2008. Please visit the website again in end April or early May 2008 to find out the details.

Though the University is happy to see as many students graduate and convocate together with their peers, we would like to seek your understanding that there is a process and schedule for the marks computation and submission for graduating students attending the convocation. To be eligible for Convocation 2008, the results of your final semester of study must reach Office of Academic Services by mid June 2008 and you must have fulfilled all the requirements for your degree.

For final year students who complete their attachments (including Industrial Orientation) later than 7 June 2008, their results will not be in time for inclusion in Convocation 2008. Similarly, for final year students undergoing exchange programmes, they will not be included in Convocation 2008 if their results are not able to reach Office of Academic Services by 17 June 2008. These students will still graduate and be conferred their degree after successful completion of their attachments or exchange programmes. They are allowed to join the convocation in the following year and will need to indicate to Office of Academic Services their preference to join Convocation 2009 by 30 September 2008.
