- What'll happen to me if I'm caught violating these Rules and Regulations spelled out here?
Depending on CITS investigation and the severity of violation or exploit, you could be referred to the University's Board of Discipline for disciplinary actions. In some cases, a police report may also be made.

- What are the disciplinary actions that could be taken against me?
As spelt out in the Rules for User Accounts, disciplinary action that could be taken out against you includes, but not limited to, fines, suspension of the user accounts, suspension or expulsion from the University. For some cases, you may be subject to prosecution by the legal authorities of Singapore.

As mentioned in Statute 24 Discipline of the NTU Constitution, the Chairman of the Board of Discipline is the President of NTU or his nominee.
