To use NTUmobile, you'll need:
- an Internet Enabled (GPRS/3G) mobile phone or PDA or WIFI enabled device
- you have subscribed to data servcies from your mobile operator like SingTel, M1 or Starhub
- the SIM card mobile data service enabled. If you are not sure, please contact your mobile operator on how to get this servce activated. Please note there are charges if you browse via the telco provider, however browsing over WIFI is free.
- your Network Account (for checking e-mail) and Studentlink, GSlink or Stafflink account for accessing Mobile ready e-services
Next to access the NTU Mobile service:
- Simply enter the URL: http://www.ntu.edu.sg/mobile on your smartphone or PDA.
- To login to your e-mail, please use your Network Account in the form of STUDENT\username or STAFF\username.
- To access Studentlink, GSlink or Stafflink e-services, please use your Studentlink, GSlink or Stafflink account via the NTU Mobile page
If you're only checking your e-mail on your Smartphone, you can also access it direct from the URL https://webmail.ntu.edu.sg/oma
