Setting Up WLAN in Windows 8 (Secured WPA2)

1. Right click on the right corner to see "All Applications" and select "Control Panel"


2. Select " Network and Sharing Center"


3. Click “Set up a new connection or Network


4.Select “Manually connect to a wireless network

5.Configure as below:




6.Click on " Change Connection Setting"


7.Click on "Security" Tab


8.Click “Advanced Settings” and check “Specify authentication mode:


9.Click “Settings” and uncheck “Verify the server’s identity by validating the certificate


10.Click "Configure" and verify the below check box is unchecked


11.Press "OK" button

12.Go to Network, select NTUSECURE and click "Connect"


13. When prompted with authentication screen, key in the windows login account username with the format: staff\username or student\username follow by password
