What You'll need to connect to NTUWireless
To connect your computer to NTUwireless, you'll need:
  1. A Laptop, desktop PC or Wi-fi Phone. Most of them already have built in Wireless network card (802.11a, 802.11b/g compatible or Wi-Fi  certified).
  2. Your NTU Network Account.
  3. Up-to-date Anti-Virus software and signatures installed.
  4. Up-to-date Operating Systems with the lastest security patches installed. 
  5. To configure your device to associate to NTUWireless (see below).

Configuring your device to associate to NTUWireless
Most of the popular built-in wireless LAN cards eg. Intel Proset are true plug-and-play out of the box. The followings are configuration guides for various Operating systems.

Signing-in to NTUwireless
Once you have configured your device to associate to the wireless network, users are required to sign-in/authenticate with their network account via the Wireless web logon page. Click here to find out how.
 


This also applies to your non-web applications like FTP, Telnet, Terminal Services Client, Remote Desktop Connection, POP3 mailbox, ICQ, MSN Messenger, etc. as well. User needs to manually sign-on for non-web applications.
