Reset/Change Your Account Password 
 

Reset via SMS (Short Message Service)
Your Network account password (not applicable for Windows LIVE account password) can be reset by SMS through your mobile phone. To do so, you must have already pre-registered your mobile phone number with us. Check out the steps 
here.

 

 

 

Reset via Fax
Simply fax us your request to our HelpDesk at 6792 7892 with your:
-  contact number and
 
photocopy of matriculation card or staff card

 

 

Reset at CITS IT Service Counters and Lee Wee Nam Library IT Help Desk
You may have your password reset personally at CITS' IT Service Counter or the Lee Wee Nam Library's IT Help Desk at Level 2.

Please remember to bring along your matriculation card or staff card for verification. 
Please also note that the reset will only take effect half an hour after request.

 

 

Reset via Your School's or Office's Secretary (For Staff Only)
For staff, you may send in your request through your Dean's secretary or Divisional secretaries as well. Click

Unlocking Your Network Account
If you are quite sure that you remember your password correctly but are still denied access to your e-mail or campus computer, then it could be due to your account has been locked out. An account could be locked out for various reasons such as after several unsuccessful attempts of logging in. Have this verified from our
HelpDesk.

 

 

 

Changing Your Password
If you remember your password but just wish to change it; or you've just have your password reset, please change it to a more secured one:

Network account password may be changed at https://pwd.ntu.edu.sg.
The password must be between 8 to 16 characters.

Windows LIVE account password may be changed at http://home.live.com.
The password must be between 8 to 16 characters.
