IT Service Desk


You may contact IT Service Desk on IT-related matters such as

  • Resetting password / unlocking of your NTU network or email account
  • Enquiry on account, email and quota application matters
  • Guidance to set up your computer to access NTU computing facilities and eServices
  • Reporting / enquiry of outages of NTU computing facilities or eServices
  • Reporting of IT-related incidents (e.g. virus attack, email spam/phishing)
