Public Folders Quick Start Guide 
Once you have access to your mailbox (see Quick Start Guide for Email if you need help on accessing your mailbox), you automatically have access to the Public Folders. The following steps allow you to access the Public Folders:

Webmail (Accessing from Web Browser)
If you are using Webmail (Outlook Web Access) you can access the Public Folders by:
  1. Launch your web browser and go to https://webmail.ntu.edu.sg/exchange

  2. Logon to your mailbox (if you need help please seeQuick Start Guide for Email)

  3. Once your mailbox has appeared, click on the Public Folders button located on the bottom-left shortcut bar. This will display the Public Folders on a new window.

  4. You may select on any of the Public Folders to expand each selection


Outlook client
If you are using Outlook 98/200x you can access the Public Folders by:

  1. Launch Outlook

  2. Select Folder List from the View menu. The Folder List will appear on the left panel. (For Outlook 2003, click on the Folder List button on the bottom-left shortcut bar.)

  3. Scroll down the folder list to locate the Public Folders. This is shown below.



  4. You may select on any of the Public Folders to expand each selection.
