You may subscribe to our Listserv mailing lists to keep yourself updated on the latest news and events on campus. Notifications will be sent to your email account whenever a new posting or announcement is added in the channels you subscribed to. This way you'll never miss postings to your topics of interest in the Public Folders or other interest groups.
[NOTE: The Listserv Mailing List mentioned here is NOT the same as an Outlook Distribution List and will NOT appear in the Outlook Global Address List. If you are not sure, please check with Service Desk at email@example.com.]

You'll need your NTU e-mail address to subscribe to some of the mailing lists. Most mailing lists accept any e-mail addresses, including hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc. To sign-up or unsubscribe, click on the mailing list that you are interested from the above list, then click on the "Join or leave" option. How to Create and Manage a Listserv Mailing List for Official Mass Mailing
NTU allows the use of Listserv mailing list
to send mass mails for official purposes only
. You may apply to the NTU Listserv mailing list administrator to create and manage a mailing list for your student organisation or official duty. Application for mailing list ownership for personal purposes will not
be approved. Because of resource overheads, Listserv mailing list should be created for large subscriber base only (min. 50)
For small subscriber base (<50) or for personal use purposes, please use Outlook personal distribution list or contact group. If you need a mailing list that appears in the Outlook Global Address List for official purpose, please apply for a Outlook global distribution list via Service Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To create a Listserv mailing list for NTU schools/offices, staff should apply by filling up the online Mailing List Ownership Application form which is available from iNTU > StaffLink > Resource Request > IT Services > Service Catalogue > Messaging > Listserv Mailing List (Staff).
** Please note that your application has to be approved by your supervisor.
To create a Listserv mailing list for NTU-approved student organisations, students may apply on behalf of their student organisations using the online application form which is accessible from iNTU > StudentLink > Resource Request > IT Services > Service Catalogue > Messaging > Listserv Mailing List (Student Club).
** Please note that if your student organisation does not have a NTU email account, you will have to first apply for one from CITS, also via StudentLink.
