Getting Started with Windows LIVE
First read through Important Notices for Users on the use of Windows LIVE. To logon to Windows LIVE:
1. On the Windows LIVE logon page, enter your username in the form USERNAME@e.ntu.edu.sg (where USERNAME is the same as your NTU network account username).

2. For first-time logon, you will be prompted to change the intitial password provided by the University. For new students, the initial password is your matriculation number (with all alphabets in upper-case). Your new password should be 8 to 16 characters in length.
You will be asked to provide a ‘Secret Answer’ to a specific question. This may be required if an issue arises with your account at a later stage. You will also be asked to provide an alternative (your personal) email address i.e. @gmail.com or @hotmail.com which may be used if a password issue arises.
You will then be prompted to exit and logon again with your new password entered.
3. On the home page, click on Mail or More to access your suite of LIVE services.
