b. Part II - Get Started with Email Archival in Outlook
1. For campus/office domain-enabled computers, the plug-in would be installed by default once you Shut Down and Restart Windows XP.

You will notice additional icons on the upper pane of your Outlook as shown below (if your mailbox has been turned on for archiving. For those mailbox that has NOT been archive-enabled, these icons will not be displayed.)

2. Both in Outlook or Webmail, archived mail is represented by the following short-cut icons as shown below. These mails will display only the first 1000 characters of the original email contents.

To read the complete text or attachment of an an archived email, simply double-click on it as you usually would when opening any emails. The full contents of the email will then be retrieved from the Email Archival storage on the fly.
You can then choose to reply to the sender, cc list, etc. or forward it to other contacts as you like.
3. No installation is required for accessing your emails from Webmail (via web browsers)
