With today's volume of email and attachments ever-growing in size, we tend to run out of space in our mailboxes quickly. Email Archival is a method that allows us to extend the mail quota of Exchange mailboxes using cost-effective storage hardware and software.
With the use of this scheme, each STAFF will have up to 5GB of email disk space, comprising of 500MB (of primary quota from Exchange) and 4800MB (from Email Archival or secondary quota)
Email Archival frees up space in your Exchange mailbox by automatically archiving and compressing the older mails to the secondary storage - without any intervention from you at all.
The seamless way Email Archival integrates with Outlook, Outlook Web Access and Exchange allows you to quickly and easily search and retrieve information from past emails just as you normally would from office or at home!
