The Campus Licensing programme works on the concept that education institution users will purchase software in large volumes and this programme aims to reduce these users' total cost of software ownership. Other than cost savings, users can also save procument time as the university already has standing agreements with selected vendors. In addition, it is also easier to get software compliance, increase in productivity, and access to the latest versions of the software.
Please note that this purchase programme is for NTU schools/offices only. It is NOT for personal use, and NOT opened to students (students have to request through their school/supervisor if the software is required for coursework or project purposes). For further assistance, please contact CITS Helpdesk.
The Centre for IT Services (CITS) subscribes to these programmes:
- Adobe Contractual License Programme
- Macromedia Products License Programme
- Microsoft Education Select and Microsoft Campus Licensing Agreement 3.0
Price lists from Adobe, Macromedia, and Microsoft will be posted monthly in the Exchange public folder.

Procument procedures are also given in the public folder. Purchases can be made any time within the contractual period by issuing the purchase order directly to the awarded supplier. The software supplier will then deal directly with the purchasing schools or offices.
To promote a better product usage, CITS also frequently organise product sharing sessions, talks, or product demonstrations.
