Ai Hua came to know my PC monitor had problems few months ago, and spent effort on dealing with vendor, and provided me with another monitor for my daily operation works, she made the effort to make sure that I am still able to link the net with office and university and other agency which is much appreciated. |

We have successfully migrated our library system to SIRSI last week and the new OPAC is now up and running. The library system migration project has been largely a very smooth operation. | On 31/5/03, I submitted an enquiry-email relating to GAMMA. Within 2 hours, I got my query answered. I don't remember getting a reply so soon in my previous encounters with either other departments within NTU or other non-NTU organizations. It normally takes days for me to hear from them.
Miss Lily Seah's reply to my query has shown that she puts in the effort to understand my perspective as well as to provide thorough explanations. Well, she is definitely a customer-oriented staff of CITS! |
