From Dr Khor Li Chin, Research Fellow, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering:
Kudos to Thirugnanam Kanesh who worked round the clock without complaint to resolve a last minute hiccup. It is a testament of his dedication that he sacrificed his sleep and to fix it in less than 24hrs. He also remained on site to see it through to the end to ensure that everything went as scheduled without further issues even though it meant not being able to attend his part-time evening class.
From Ms Irene Teng, Senior Assistant Manager, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering:
I am helping with my School's Oasis questions encoding and setting of quiz assessments.
Encountered some issues which required Thirugnanam Kanesh' expertise. Kanesh
worked round the clock to get it working within 24 hours, forgoing proper sleep.
Despite the lack of rest, he stayed back the next evening to ensure the quiz went through smoothly. Indeed the quiz was carried out without any issue, to the delight of every users and relevant personnel.
From Assoc Prof Tan Soon Huat, School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering:
I wish to place on record my sincere thanks to you for the assistance rendered in the development of the Continuous Assessment (CA) in LAMs for my course MA2001. Despite your busy schedule with other projects, you managed to squeeze time to complete the development of the CA. You even corresponded and tested the system with me during weekends – I remember an occasion when you were still working although gout caused your foot to swell.
Last but not least, you managed to “add” the cc feature to the email function when monitoring student’s progress on LAMs online lectures – an extremely useful tool for professors, indeed, and thank you once again.
James, thank you for the support and advice.
From Dr Chung Hock Kim, Director, Plans Office:
Chang Hsien, thank you and your team for putting in a lot of efforts in meeting the pressing deadline. By your efforts, we can save NTU a lot of money.
From Ms Lorinda Soong, Director, Office of Finance:
Thanks Chang Hsien.
From Prof Angela Goh, Associate Provost (Faculty Affairs):

Thank you for your assistance in rolling out the app. And your patience in dealing with NIE too.
I am sure the staff/faculty will also appreciate the efficient way of getting the passes.
