On 3rd November, around 9am, my Wifi was down suddenly. I sent an email at around 3pm and was promptly replied within 45 mins. Unfortunately I was out at night and hence could not get any help after that. However, after providing the relevant details, I was contacted swiftly the next day and was given thorough help in restarting my room network. Am impressed and greatly satisfied by the service provided by CITS and hope they will keep it up.
