I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that Ms Chen Yihui, IT executive, did a fantastic job.

After my request to CITS, she made an appointment via mail quickly to attend to my request. And she was punctual as mentioned.

She was very patient with my questions and explained in simple ’IT’ language so that I can understand.

She never hesitate or showed signs of displeasure when I had multiple questions. She is very quick with her fingers, attending to my requests.

I would like to express my personal appreciation and complements to her. I hope that she will bring her enthuasium and patience to all users like me to experience a quality service.

Very helpful staff being sent to assist me in solving my networking problems. The staff spent about one and a half hours (from 5pm to 6.30pm) at my hall room to assist me with the problem although it is likely to be past his work time.

I would like to commend on the efforts of Jeremy Tan. He was helping me transfer my computer from a 2008 model to a new model as there was a buzzing sound emmited from the computer. For the first time, Jeremy helped to remove the graphic card and today, he helped to transfer all my documents to my new laptop. As the process took almost 2.5 hours, Jeremy still stayed and helped until everything was completed (4.30pm-7pm). I am very appreciative as it is beyond the working hours of 5.15pm on Friday.

My hard disc was not usable and Jeremy took the effort to use a share point system to do the transfer. Basically, he was responsible to see that things get completed well.

I also hope that CITS will recognise Jeremy as an exemplary staff and also thank CITS for always responding promptly to all my queries and feedbacks.
