Mr Koh Yeow Siah and his team had supported us extensively during this period of preparation for The Heritage Walk. On behalf of the Sports & Recreation Centre, I am writing to express out heartfelt appreciation for your department's support.

His team had developed an online application that allowed us to receive registrations for the walkers. What deserves most mention is the sense of urgency his team displayed while responding to our various requests along the way.

We appreciate that they were very supportive towards The Heritage Walk project, and my colleagues and I would like to thank them for their professionalism.

On 31/5/03, I submitted an enquiry-email relating to GAMMA. Within 2 hours, I got my query answered. I don't remember getting a reply so soon in my previous encounters with either other departments within NTU or other non-NTU organizations. It normally takes days for me to hear from them.

Miss Lily Seah's reply to my query has shown that she puts in the effort to understand my perspective as well as to provide thorough explanations. Well, she is definitely a customer-oriented staff of CITS!

I am writing in to compliment Johnny from CITS Helpdesk for his prompt action when I dropped an email to the Helpdesk on matters pertaining to the continuation of NTU mailbox upon graduation. He responded with 20 mins with all the relevant information required.

I feel that such efficient service provided by Johnny should be highlighted and I would appreciate if you could convey my appreciation to him.

I would like to say that CITS has done a great job making FYP assessment a lot more easier. This is especially important this year since the time left before the Board of Examiners' meeting is shorter than ever.

Last but not least I would like to document my personal thanks to: Evelyn and Koah Fong, who have been constantly supportive in the past one-and-a-half years for setting up the entire FYP on-line system from scratch for SME.
