Sponsors' Day  - scheme to assist student organizations in sponsorship soliciting efforts

Application for January, February and March 2012 is now open

Sponsors of student organizations  must meet the following criteria:

1. sponsors who have given cash/kind donations value S$200 and above.
2. events/projects approved by SAO;
3. had not been allocated booths at any events for the sponsorship;   
4. cash and carry terms only; and
5. sales value not exceeding $300

Terms & Conditions

1. Standard loan by SAO of maximum 2 tables and chairs per sponsor (from storerooms at North/South Spine).
2. Space occupied by sponsors not more than the area of 2 tables and chairs. All sales and promotion activities are confined to the allocated area only.
3. Road shows are not applicable for Sponsors’ Day.
4. Only 1 sponsor per student organization/committee may come in each time; priority given to first time applicants.
5. Approval will be based on sponsorship amount, nature of booth and availability.
6. Limited number of booths are available for application.
7. If sale of food/drink items, only commercial pre-packed and licensed vendor allowed. Attach NEA license as supporting document.
8. Student organizations are responsible for managing their sponsors, logistics arrangement, set-up and clearing; but booth activities are managed by sponsors directly.

Application Procedures.

1. Submit application form (choose only 1 date and 1 location) to your respective officers in SAO/S & R Ctr.
2. Once approved, an approval email will be sent with a booth label (ensure that sponsor display the label  prominently) and instructions will be given for loan of tables and chairs (max of 2 tables and chairs per sponsor) from storerooms at North/South Spines.
3. If choice of Void Deck lots is not available, the applicant will be shifted to Concourse lots by default and vice versa. Specific lots at both locations will be allocated by SAO.
4. Late applications will not be accepted.
