Publicity & Corporate Identity

Corporate Identity Guidelines

All student organizations should take note of the Corporate Identity Guidelines on the use and application of the NTU logo issued by the Corporate Communications Office.

For queries or approval for use of the NTU logo, please approach Mr Feisal Abdul Rahman (FEISALAR@ntu.edu.sg, 6790 6687).

Publicity

There are various channels for publicity of activities in NTU:

Campus Buzz

Campus Buzz is a weekly email newsletter on the latest happenings inside and outside campus. Its contents are generated automatically from the NTU online event calendar on a weekly basis. All NTU students are pre-subscribed to this e-newsletter.

Student organizations are encouraged to make use of Campus Buzz to publicize their activities to all students. Campus Buzz is sent every Thursday evening to highlight events in the following week and upcoming events for the month. Hence, club representatives should post their event information latest by every Wednesday, e.g. to be featured in the 09 -15 Jan 12 issue, information must be posted by 04 Jan 12.

To find out how to include activities in Campus Buzz, please refer to Campus Buzz web publishing.

Posters and Banners at designated locations

Student organizations may publicize activities via notices, posters and banners within the campus. A permit for display must be obtained from SAO prior to the display.

Please refer to the procedure as well as rules and application form for displaying of banners, posters and circulars.
