Sports & Recreation

The Sports and Recreation Centre caters to the sporting and recreation needs of the University Community.

We aim to provide a complete learning experience for our students as we believe that participation in competitive sports and recreation activities form an integral part of University education.  Located at our Centre is also the Healthy Lifestyle Unit which implements health education and healthy lifestyle programmes for students.
