The Sports & Recreation Centre caters to the sporting and recreational needs of the University community.  We aim to provide a complete learning experience for our students as we believe that participation in sports and recreational activities forms an integral part of university education.

Located at our Centre is also the
Healthy Lifestyle Unit which implements health education and healthy lifestyle programmes and activities for students.

Car parks at the Sports Complex may not be sufficient during this period due to movement of construction vehicles for the ongoing upgrading works.  You are advised to use alternative car parks at the Nanyang Executive Centre.

Besides enjoying any sports activity, sports safety should always be a priority for everyone.  Before any activity, you may wish to fill up the PAR-Q, a physical activity readiness questionnaire for individuals to find out more about their physical ability before engaging in any physical activity.  It is an easy and convenient way to do some self-assessment before any activity.  Check out the FAQs for more information.
