Influenza A (H1N1) Precautionary Measures for Users of Sports Facilities 

   

1.    If you do not feel well with any of the following symptoms: cough, sore throat, runny nose or running a temperature
      of more than 37.6 deg C, please refrain from participating in any sports activities until you are well.

2.    If you have returned from affected countries or have been in close contact with confirmed cases:

       ~ Monitor your health for 7 days; You may participate in the activity if you remain in good health after the 7-day
          monitoring period
     
 ~ If you develop influenza-like illness (e.g. fever, sore throat, runny nose), wear a surgical mask and seek medical
          attention from a Pandemic Preparedness Clinic (PPC), 
polyclinic or your GP clinic for initial assessment
          and treatment.

3.    All users are advised to observ
e good personal hygiene at all times, e.g. wash hands thoroughly and regularly with
       soap, covering the 
mouth with a tissue when coughing and sneezing.
