1. Applications must be submitted not later than 7 working days in advance of such leave:
> Schools:
Leave of Absence during Term Time
> Career & Attachment Office (CAO):
Special Leave for Industrial Attachment/ Professional Attachment/ Professional Internship
2. The original leave application form must be submitted together with a supporting letter from your Sports Officer.
3. NIE students have to approach their Student Services Centre with the supporting letter for leave application.
4. Supporting reasons for leave include early release from classes to participate in competitions, participation in
overseas training trips or competitions.
