You are required to make your declaration and submit a passport-sized photograph of yourself online by Monday, 17 June 2013 (part-time programmes) and 24 June 2013 (full-time programmes). The photograph must meet the following requirements:
- 35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border and taken within the last three months;
- taken full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with religious or racial customs. The headgear must not hide the applicant's facial features;
- the facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown;
- taken against plain white background with a matt or semi-matt finish; and
- the image must not contain any shadow in the background.
To officially register as a student in NTU, click HERE to matriculate online. Please matriculate after you have completed your online acceptance where you will be issued a matriculation number.
You are required to matriculate online from Tuesday, 30 July 2013 to Thursday, 1 August 2013 (10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.) in order to be a registered student in NTU.
To carry out matriculation, you will need to change your network account password once, after online acceptance. If you accept our offer of admission on or after 1 August 2013, please matriculate online one working day after you have created your network account during online acceptance.
Please note that your name will not be in the register if you do not matriculate online.
Once matriculated, you will be able to print your course timetable for Semester 1 AY2013-14. The timetable shows the courses and the lecture/tutorial/laboratory groupings that you are assigned to. Please be advised that you have to remain in your courses and groupings as they have been assigned based on careful planning and in line with your curriculum requirements.
All new students will be issued a matriculation package comprising of their matriculation card and clicker device. Freshmen from the Art, Design and Media (ADM) or Sports Science and Management (SSM) programmes will only be issued their matriculation card, without the clicker device. The matriculation package must be collected in person. Please bring along your identity card (local freshmen) or passport (international freshmen) for verification.
Please note that the clicker device is on loan to you for the duration of your programme in NTU. You are required to return the device, upon the completion of your programme or you leaving NTU. For further queries on your clicker device, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org or click here.
